Program Description

DKN Salon offers a transactional SMS program that sends text messages related to appointment requests and confirmations submitted through our website. This program is intended solely for customers who have explicitly opted in by completing an appointment request form on our website.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from DKN Salon by submitting our appointment request form at https://dknsalon.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and the form cannot be submitted without checking it. By checking the box and submitting the form, you provide your express written consent to receive transactional SMS messages from DKN Salon at the phone number you provided.

Types of Messages You Will Receive

Messages are limited to:

• Confirmation that your appointment request was received
• Replies from the salon regarding your appointment date and time
• Appointment confirmation messages

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You will only receive messages in connection with appointment requests you have submitted.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. DKN Salon does not charge any fees for participation in the SMS program; however, your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates will apply to messages you send and receive.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply with any of the following keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE.

After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your request, and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START or submit a new appointment request form with consent.

Supported Carriers

The SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and Google Voice, as well as other smaller carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. No mobile information collected through this SMS program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, including service providers or subcontractors.

Eligibility

The SMS program is intended for residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). By opting in, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the mobile phone number you provided is your own.
